today is Saturday which is a day for the
oip group to head out for a field trip. this time we went to a few places in town we went to the east lake, yellow crane tower , and the museum. we visited the east lake first because the museum was not opened, the view at the lake was beautiful but the whole lake could not be seen we took a walk around the park and headed back to the museum. We took a 5min ride to the museum then we started our tour around the museum looking at the weapons and the utensils people in the past used. In the noon we went to the yellow crane tower for a short tour the structure of the building was breathtaking.

my reflection
i realise that in Singapore everywhere is safe , people trust each other more but in china i can see that people are being very cautious about people even if they are friendly they would keep a distance from each other. An example would be public transport u can see that in cabs there are metal bars installed in the cab to prevent robbery, while buses have ticket inspector to collect the bus fares. On the other hand in Singapore metal bars are not installed on cabs and the bus fares are paid by
ez links .
Hi Mingyu, before the 70's, buses in Singapore also operated in the same way as in China - with ticket collectors. As the economy grew, labour became more expensive, the trend grew towards more automation. Hence, what you see today in Singapore grew from an economic point. Are there any other examples of this in China? Good observation. Regards Lim Choon Boo
