day7- tour around the schools

today was the start the official np modules. first was bpe module which was taught by mr loh who was our trip leader also.we ended the lesson around 11.30pm where we headed to lunch outside school.In the noon we were assembled at the clock tower for some orientation around the school. we went around school of information engineering and the school of life science.

my reflection

today i observed the work ethics of the local Chinese people . An example would be today's dinner , we had kfc around 8plus while waiting for the queue the restaurant manager opened up the queue and signaled us towards her counter after taking the order she went on to do her stuff. After awhile she did not returned to the counter , instead she went to another counter to take other orders. Despite the long queue she did not care about the customer waiting at her counter till the angry people behind shouted at her then she went back to serve me. To my surprise she said that she forgotten my order which was less then 5minutes ago , i feel that as a manager she should do better then any of the staffs in the restaurant but i can see that the staffs there were much more friendly and they could defiantly outshine her with their good service attitude. After this experience i feel that the people lack the proper work ethics , they should change their attitude and their mindset in this industry.
